I received my Ove product at the time of delivery, and it is damaged. What should I do?
Despite our best efforts to protect your new Ove item during transport, sometimes it may get damaged along the way. If possible, take pictures of the packaging, and any damage you notice on the item. Email them along with your proof of purchase and contact information to costconext@ovedecors.com and we will contact you as soon as possible for a quick and satisfactory resolution. |
